Fondé en 2004, Band of Skulls est un groupe de rock anglais. Les 3 membres du groupe sont de vieux amis qui formaient auparavant le groupe Fleeing New York. Les amateurs de clubs dans la capitale londonienne ont certainement dû les croiser un jour car ils y sont connus pour leurs nombreuses prestations.

Ils ont jusque-là 3 albums studios marquants intitulés Baby Darling Doll Face Honey, Sweet Sour et Himalayan. La chanson qu'ils réalisent en 2009 appelé Friends, sera une des chansons retenues pour la bande-annonce de Twilight Chapitre 2.

Avec près de 400 concerts passés, les concerts en Europe font partie des plus appréciés du public, qu'il qualifie souvent de "positivement jouissif".
